Who we are
Perfomex Consulting is a Kenya-based project development, transaction advisory and investment consulting firm.
We work with project developers, investors, businesses, institutions and public-sector entities to evaluate opportunities, structure projects, assess investments and support transactions from early-stage concept through development, financing and implementation.
Our work sits at the intersection of projects, capital and commercial decision-making. We help clients determine whether a project or investment is viable, what it is worth, how it should be structured, what risks need to be addressed, and what is required to move it forward.
